What happens if I run out of included valuations?
On Professional, additional valuations are charged at $1 each — automatically added to your next invoice. You'll never lose access mid-session.

What's included in a valuation?
Every valuation includes: multi-agent consensus estimate, confidence intervals, comparable market data, methodology breakdown, and exportable PDF report (Professional and Enterprise).
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Professional annual plans. Pay-as-you-go valuations are non-refundable once generated.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
You can change your plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
